The small print

Reservations:	Reservations are only valid in writing and with a down payment.
Deposit:	For reservations, we ask that you put down a deposit of EUR 150.-- per person by wire transfer, which will count towards your total bill. For Austrian guests: Raiffeinsenbank Großarl, Blz. 35019, Kto.-Nr. 26500. For German guests: Sparkasse Berchtesgadener Land in Freilassing, Blz. 71050000, Kto.-Nr. 104802. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed, or it can be credited towards your next holiday with us.
Arrival:	Your room will be ready for check-in as of 15:00.
Departure:
Cancellations:	Cancellations are only valid in written form! For cancellations made up to one month before the scheduled stay, no cancellation fees will be incurred. For all cancellations make between one month and one week before the stay, you will be billed a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire bill. For all cancellations made within one week's notice prior to your stay, you will be billed a cancellation fee of 80% of the entire bill. To avoid such penalties, we recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance. This will cover all cancellation fees in the case of sickness or death in the family before or during the stay.
